Issue
Publishing issue:
- PDF bookmarks display entire TOC and Table of Tables makes difficult to navigate using this feature.
- Also figures getting listed separately in bookmark tree.
Recommendation
Possible correct the underlying word document to render bookmarks correctly as a PDF.
Rationale
Make navigation of documents easier using the PDF bookmark feature.
