Guidelines
All version 2.x tables are a Concept Domain
The name of every Version 2 table will represent the name of a Version 3 Concept Domain. They have a name (the name of the table usually; in some cases the name changed when the Domain changed and this must be handled in a special way. See Table 0001, a number, and a type 12 OID that identify them as a version 2.x table/Concept Domain.
Version 3 concept Domains will be created with names a similar as possible to their corresponding Version 2 artifacts.
