Primary conclusions and actions are documented on the Design Patterns for RIM_Models in the category Information Model Design Patterns - Candidate, specifically:
Agreed that rather than watching Lloyd work to complete item, agreed to split while he completes the one listed above.
Suggest that in most cases it is best to at least get a group who are interested in a pattern agree the major elements and rules, then have an individual document in detail, and return for group review later.
