   • CBCC WG Input for Policy Advisory Committee - forwarded to HL7 HQ for submission by December 10th deadline
   • CDA R2 Implementation Guide for Consent Directives - submit to TSC for DSTU publication
   • SHIPPS Project Status
     • December 9th Structure Documents Work Group Meeting - Collaboration Opportunity
       • SDWG will present a new eMeasures PSS. There may be an opportunity to collaborate with SDWG & the National Quality Forum (NQF) on this project in conjunction with SHIPPS
       • Richard will present the SHIPPS PSS to the SDWG to see if they are interested in participating and to see how the eMeasures and SHIPPS project relate to each other
     • Project Insight - milestones added to project plan
     • Quality Measures Workgroup Request for Comment. This is a new HIT Policy Committee Work Group. They are seeking feedback on clinical quality measures concepts by Dec. 23rd

1. Action Items

From last week:

• Ioana: draft CBCC WG response to HL7 HQ's request for response to the ONC Policy Advisory Committee related to Privacy Policies, Consents, and Confidentiality Terminology. The draft will be added to a wiki page and CBCC work group is invited to edit the draft. December 10 is the comment period deadline.
• Mary Ann: will report back as to whether Canadians are using the ConfidentialityByInfoType value set (ETH, HIV, PSY, SDV) of the HL7 Confidentiality concept domain
• Security WG: will take the lead on making recommendations related to the use of the ConfidentialityByAccessKind value set
