Question: Where can I find the latest v2.xml specification, schemas, DTDs etc. Answer: http://www.hl7.org/special/Committees/xml/drafts/v2xml.html - everything is labeled "v2.XML encoding rules for HL7 v2 messages". Things that are ZIP files are schemas and DTD. Things that are PDFs are specifications.
