Talking about Conformance issues in FHIR
- Talked about empty strings in tags, FHIR will prohibit this. But how to indicate something should be deleted. "" is used HL7 v2 to indicate that the data should be deleted (e.g. there is no phone number and the phone number you have should be removed.)
