Below are support files for the Pilot, with updates as listed beneath. Please note that the schematron and Validator currently require that a pathogen shall have at least one drug-susceptibility test. This is not true for fungal pathogens. For the pilot, the rule will be relaxed to a warning; for the ballot, bacterial and fungal pathogens will be distinguished and have the appropriate rule.
- ICU-denom.xml The ICU sample file distributed with the pilot package was missing encompassingEncounter/effectiveTime, which is required by CDA.
- The filename for the HTML display transform should be hai-display.xsl. (This is the filename used in the xsl-stylesheet processing instruction at the top of the sample files.)
