The following are example of the reshaping and abstract serialization approach proposed in the New ITS project

A document showing the abstract serialization and reshaping of a laboratory message from the UK profile which is available in the HL7 May ballot pack, and is a true constraint of the corresponding universal model.
A document will follow that will propose some rules for the reshaping of messages. The examples posted on this page will be updated to reflect the rules.
