Motion to approve minutes of Feb 1: Bryn/John 10-0-0

Statuses

  • Spent most of the quarter talking about general approach of having 3 different homes for information that has historically been in status:
    • Category (to differentiate Proposal/Plan/various types of orders)
    • Task.status to reflect workflow statuses (requested, received, accepted, rejected, in progress)
    • RequestResource.status to reflect the status of the authorization (draft, active, suspended, cancelled, completed)
  • Agreed on the above divisions and that it was reasonable to work towards "greater" consistency around what codes are used, what they're called and how they're defined.
  • Began discussion of "entered in error". Will continue there on the next call
