The report is intended to be an alternative method in keeping affiliates in touch with one another. It will focus on two or three affiliates each time, hopefully providing more of an insight into a particular country's HL7 activity as well as announcing new work to be undertaken (in the hope that this will encourage more interaction between implementers and therefore prevent the reinvention of HL7 wheels).

The inaugural edition of the HL7 International Affiliates Committee Interim Report is now available for download: InternationalAffiliatesInterimReportNov06 (PDF, 207KB)
