Actions:
Jay Lyle is reviewing the DAM and UML models in preparation for the ballot.
1. Actors – care giver, patient, related individual 2. Currently concept diagram has a provider-centric view to the creation and maintenance of a health concern. We may need to add the patient or related individual as another creator of maintainer of the health concern. Figure 3 – note adding patient/related individual can identify a concern. 3. The name care-giver may be confusing. Use the term health care provider. 4. Can record a concern, update a concern, update the name of a concern, can get a summary and can get the details. Not sure how to define the summary or details – should we retain? Remove the summary and details. 5. Inclusion of tracking – associated with care plan? 6. Nesting of health concern in the care plan should be removed. Boxes removed. 7. Retain the encounter box 8. The assessment box has become the “finding” box. 9. Plan to confer by e-mail and complete during the next call slated for Thursday, July 31 at 5 PM.
