Behavioral Health Due to temporary breakdown in SAMHSA funding for development of the BH-CCD domain analysis model, discussion of the latter was suspended.

Conversation focused on Oklahoma: What they had to do as part of their Center for Integrated Health Solutions (CIHS) grant from the National Council of Community Behavioral Health (NCCBH), as a pass through from SAMHSA?

How these grant requirements may overlap with the BH-CCD domain analysis.

Facts discovered and suggestions made were:

  • The 5 CIHS State grantees seem to have been asked to do more or less the same thing as the BH-CCD.
  • Overlap was an opportunity for Oklahoma BH to leverage what CBCC is doing.
  • Richard agreed to get in touch with the CIHS program director, Mike Lardiere, to suggest collaboration sooner rather than later among the 5 States

Meeting adjourned at 1300 PST
