CLERICAL ERROR HERE

Editor lost his internet connection as the conference call ended, and action details on another DOZEN items was lost because it was in a Wiki Edit page that had not yet been saved. We acted on each item with a proposed disposition through at least Item #31. The Correct vote and resolution was captured in the spread sheets, as this was being shared on-line in GoToMeeting. All votes were moved and seconded by a combination of Seppala, Beeler, Stechishin and Pech and all votes were unanimous 4-0-0.
