RIMBAA tooling Naming infrastructure and the SCM
Long discussion on the RIMBAA, and coming to understanding the rimbaa diagrams and what they do and don't mean. Cecil's approach doesn't fit onto these diagrams, but many applications do, and we think this a useful
Motion: that Arb and RIMBAA collaborate on a white paper describing the relationship between the RIMBAA diagrams and SAEAF, limited to 5 A4 pages. Charlie/Cecil passed unanimous.
