Review of prior minutes: Fernando Campos proposed, and Matt Blackmon seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Jan 2018 WGM Tutorial Evaluation Data

  • Low participation rate is still a concern. Diego proposed that incentives be offered for participating in surveys. There was a discussion on whether surveys could be anonymous if incentives are offered. There may be a perception among tutorial attendees that their feedback may not be anonymous.
