Review of prior minutes: Fernando Campos proposed, and Matt Blackmon seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Jan 2018 WGM Tutorial Evaluation Data
- Low participation rate is still a concern. Diego proposed that incentives be offered for participating in surveys. There was a discussion on whether surveys could be anonymous if incentives are offered. There may be a perception among tutorial attendees that their feedback may not be anonymous. No definite action was taken regarding this item.
- Fernando and Diego wondered why certificates of completion were not given to participants at WGM tutorials. Sadhana agreed to discuss this with staff.
