   1. Scope: LOINC, DAM, or assertion?
   2. Jay to merge LOINC, Analysis sheet, Ballot updated sheet, and relevant ballot reconciliation items for next week. Next week review, complete.

   3. Then Susan to ask NPUAP, VA for review. Maybe SOLOR. LOINC in March.

6. Panels are orderable items. Instances need to match order to result. If our result is an assertion, the panel code is a model binding, not a field value. So we need to include architectural guidance on pulling out model binding values for inclusion in instance data for implementation form specifiers.
