Discussion

Michael has updated the document and sent it to Kevin. Unfortunately, due to the editing software, the revisions in the document were hustled. Elaine has continued with updating the document and she still needs some more time before handing it over to Stephen.

Some of the questions from Jay on the wiki were discussed. It was decided not to use the concept of a focal concern.

We discussed the models that we given by Jay. We do not have the originals EA files. Elaine will ask Jay for the sources. The model should be simplified. Assessment is to be removed. The inclusion of the Health Concern Domain with the Care Plan Domain was discussed. It was felt that the boundary boxes should be removed. A health concern can have a care plan and a care plan can have a health concern. Remove domain boxes and the words care plan domain and health concern domain.

Relationship between findings and health concern as indicated by diagram – needs arrow, and remove duplicate arrow. Also between intervention and health concern – just needs an arrow. Also remove complaint/subjective and observation/objective to make the conceptual model simplistic.

Other issues as per review of Kevin's models:

Custodian Diagnosis Problem

Document needs to be done by August 3.
