This wiki page supports the collaborative work on the Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) for reporting of Healthcare Associated Infections between HL7, CDC and other interested stakeholders. The primary use case for this project is the CDC's National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN), which has specified a number of Healthcare Associated Infection (HAI) reports. These reports are now available in electronic CDA format with published HL7 Implementation Guides.
