Roll Call, Approve Minutes & Accept Agenda

Item 1: - Don Jorgenson

  • Joint meeting at HL7 WGM in September 2013 with SOA. WED Q2
    • possible new project relatng to the Healthcare Classification Labeling service
    • Don / SOA: Who will be providing resources? Scope statement will be prepared by whom, (before the meeting)
    • In the ballot, we have an informative ballot document (background information) there is discussion on the security labeling service and its capabilities. We also have some slide decks on this information as well.
    • The informative document contains what the security labeling service does, why is it important to HL7 and healthcare

FHIR - Accounting of Disclosures part of the FHIR connect-ta-thon; can only be joined via webminar being held on Saturday and Sunday. Additional information to follow.

Ballot Quorum note: Quorum levels on the normative pools scheduled to close this coming Monday, September 16th, are all below 15%:

  • HL7 Healthcare Privacy and Security Classification System, Release 1 – 9.46%
  • HL7 Implementation Guide for CDA® Release 2 - Level 3: Emergency Medical Services; Patient Care Report, Release 1 - US Realm – 7.69%
  • HL7 Implementation Guide: Data Segmentation for Privacy (DS4P), Release 1 – 9.09%
  • HL7 Version 3 Standard: Security and Privacy Ontology, Release 1 – 9.09%
  • Reaffirmation of HL7 Clinical Context Management Specification (CCOW) Application Protection Package, Release 1 – 11.11%
  • Reaffirmation of HL7 Clinical Context Management Specification (CCOW) Context Manager Protection Package, Release 1 – 11.11%
  • Reaffirmation of Reaffirmation of HL7 Clinical Context Management Specification (CCOW) User Authentication Protection Package, Release 1 – 10.28%

Per Don Lloyd, these levels are not unusual for the time remaining. We can expect to see increased voting thisweek. Quorum levels will be monitored over the week and into the weekend.

Mike to check with Johnathan Coleman to find out if Johnathan needs any presentation time during the HL7 WMG meetings.
