Mobile Health Definition

Mobile Health (mHealth) is the use communication between mobile devices to other devices for the purpose for Healthcare and patient well-being.

Mobile Devices are electronic communication devices that communicate wirelessly.

 Examples:  mobile phones, smart phones and tablet computers. 

Health Care Devices special purpose medical devices used for healthcare.

 Examples:  pacemaker, glucose meter and blood pressure meter.
