Mobile Health Definition

Mobile Health is an implementation framework that enables the Patient and Care Provider to access and exchange information anytime from anywhere.
Mobile Health provides a means engage the patient as an active participant in their care decisions.
Mobile Health facilitates a more flexible workflow to care providers in addressing the needs of the patient in a timely manner.

Functional Profiles:

Patient Mobile – functional profile resulting from PHR Gap Analysis
Care Provider Mobile – functional profile facilitating interoperability between one or more EHR systems.
