hData - and its Fit in HL7

G Beuchelt joined the meeting to discuss this and noted that there updated versions that take the ballot comments into account can be found on the hData wiki page.

After an open discussion, we focused on the goal of finding a way to express the content and relationships between and among the set of elements being transported at the upper level of hData as a RIM-derived model. Agreed to find a quarter in Orlando when the hData folks, MnM and others can discuss this in detail. This will be one of the topics scheduled during the planning session Q3 Sunday in Orlando.

Adopt resolution for "lost" Core Principles ballot

We recently were made aware that seven ballot reconciliation items for Core Principles (1 Negative and 6 A-*) were in a spreadsheet from Frieda Hall that Beeler failed to download for incorporation into the combined spreadsheet. Fortunately, all of the items but except the final A- item have been addressed as part of other reconciliation and the changes needed to address these are in the current Core Principle document under ballot

After discussion, the approval of the following resolutions was Moved by Beeler, Seconded by Sepalla, and approved unanimously.

Item 213 [at 6/6.1] (B Neg-Mi) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

Critical text appears to be missing. I took a guess as to what it should say.

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive with mod"

Similar to vote on line item 193. This was fixed in the Ballot for May 2011

Item 214 [at 6/6.2.2] (B A-T) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

[[constraining model]] ??

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive"

Addressed as part of item 123 in May 2011 Ballot.

Item 215 [at 6/6.2.2.1] (B A-T) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

See 2010may reconciliation item 184. Also carried over from 2010jan ballot.

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive"

See item 123 above. Corrected in in May 2011 Ballot.

Item 216 [at 6/6.2.2.2] (B A-T) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

The term R-MIM was replaced by SIM everywhere else in Core Principles.

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive"

Has also been replaced here, in May 2011 Ballot

Item 217 [at 6/6.3] (B A-T) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

Extra 's' on time stamp

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive"

Corrected in May 2011 Ballot

Item 218 [at 6/6.5] (B A-T) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

Text appears to be missing. I took a guess as to what it should say.

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive"

Corrected in May 2011 Ballot

Item 219 [at 0/0.0] (B A-S) 0/0/0

Voter Comment

Please add a purpose/introduction. Other foundation documents have a preface/introduction to help orient the reader.

Disposition & Disposition Comment - "Persuasive with mod"

This is actually stated correctly in Section 1.2, but I confess it would be better as 1.1. I see little risk in simply moving this up, and will propose to do so as final publication goes forward, since this is not a "substantive" change.
