- Timelines in order to meet the May 2011 timelines (Draft for comment ballot)
- eMeasure sources materials e.g. NQF consolidated measures of other sources
- Approach to analysis e.g. look for constructs that exist, gaps in EHR, defining levels of maturity, vendor capability, etc.
