NIB
Motion: Submit the NIB for the September 2010 ballot cycle. The NIB should be identical to the May 2010 ballot cycle submission. (BP/RW) unanimous

Datatypes
- XML Datatypes - no comments
- R2 Guide - DN wondered if there was any content
- Datatypes 1.1 - AS has some comments, will forward to Lynn
- UML Datatypes - might need to be renewed or deprecated
There is an issue with status of Datatypes Release 2
Transport Specifications
- WS Profile - there has been no movement, NIB - Jan 2010 (postponed) (DSTU was 2005) may need to be remove
