Handling Negative Ballot Contents
Don described the [note sent on May 28] which was not about any specific issues raised during the last ballot cycle but rather a categorization of issues.
The group discussed whether it was warranted to make a formal recommendation to the GOC or to forward comments. Austin suggested that recommending we only accept ballot comments in the spreadsheet format (point 1) could be communicated to the GOC. Disallowing ballot comments due to missing referenced comments (point 2) may be best addressed on a work group by work group basis.
The group was unsure how to proceed to the GOC? Andy would discuss with Woody offline.
