• Roll call
  
  • Floyd did a brief agenda review, the ONC ISA agenda item will be moved to the later part of the call.
• Floyd announced that the CQL-based HQMF errata are now published as of September 11, 2018.
• Floyd brought up the FHIR tracker id #17946 for discussion.
• Request for CQI member agenda items for CQI Baltimore HL7 Work Group Meeting Agenda
  • Open discussion
• Viet told the CQI group that he learned that there is an Electronic Case Reporting (ECR) IG STU 2 that is sponsored by Public Health WG sponsored by the Public Health WG. The CQI WG may be interested in the ECR IG because it is for case reporting and registries, it might be closely related to the IGs for eCQMs. There will be a bird an feather discussion about the ECR IG during the upcoming HL7 meeting in Baltimore, the work group members might be interested in attending.

• ONC Interoperability Standards Advisory (ISA) - Follow up discussion from September 7 [Led by Walter Suarez]
  • ISA Website
  • HL7 Comments on ONC’s 2017 ISA Advisory
  • ONC issued a request for information (RFI) on criteria to measure the performance of certified electronic health record technology (CEHRT). The Cures Act requires that health IT developers report information on certified health IT as a condition of certification and maintenance of certification under the ONC Health IT Certification Program.
  • Walter reviewed the updated ISA comments slides based on feedback received during the last work group discussion. Please refer to the Updated ISA comments slides for details of the updated comments
  • Walter made the motion to approve the these ISA comments for submission to HL7. Julia Skapik seconded
    • approve/oppose/abstain: 16/0/0
  • Walter will send send the approved ISA comments to the co-chairs, then co-chairs will be sending it to HL7
