To create a new Confluence account, access the JIRA environment at the following URL: http://www.hl7.org/permalink?JIRA
Follow the “how to create a user account” procedure. (Please follow the username naming guidelines described there).
- Because the ability to create an account is available to all, we do not immediately give users edit ability on the Confluence site.
- You'll be manually added to the group HL7 Volunteers which should give you access to any space you may need.
