== Discussion ==
The short survey should be final by next Wednesday, September 30th.
Outreach has occurred with a number of organizations, we are expecting a good response on the short survey based on feedback so far.
We agreed that it would be OK for vendors to send the short survey link to their customers and to encourage participation in it.

We agreed on a timeline for completion of survey activities:
End of November for short Survey completion.
End of December for completion of the long survey.

We discussed the possibility of doing an out of cycle ballot on the final Informative document that is produced based on the survey results.  We also discussed the possibility of publishing a paper on our findings from the surveys.

Keith will follow up with HL7 HQ on a social media campaign and press release to promote the short survey.
