* Add an InvestigatedPerson role to the ProviderOrPatientOrRelated choice box. The InvestigatedPerson role should be played by the E_PublicHealthPerson universal CMET, and the role would be scoped by the E_Organization universal CMET.

Just like a patient, the subject of an investigation may be the informant, author or performer of a clinical statement.

*Add an InvestigatedPerson role to the ProviderOrPatientOrRelated choice box. The InvestigatedPerson role should be played by the E_PublicHealthPerson universal CMET, and the role would be scoped by the E_Organization universal CMET.
