- Dialysis Program Update - Chris Courville emailed with Patrick Loyd - project plan is in flux, but the enormous new HL7 V2 segment we were concerned about is no longer the plan. Instead, a more 11073-based, IHE PCD-01-like HL7 V2 presentation is intended. (See brief presentation).
- Process flow for vetting LOINC - 11073 Nomenclature semantic equivalence Fuller discussion next week. Consensus is that the main review should be done offline, individually. Stakeholders with a strong interest should be involved - VA? Other clinical stakeholders?
- Workaround for the "8 LOINC Vital Signs which must be obeyed" Status of O & O deliberations on how to handle case where it is uncertain whether a sender doesn't know whether a particular 11073 code is in fact a Vital Sign. ACTION: Todd will follow up.
- “Cross Paradigm Implementation Guidance for Medical Device Data Sharing with Enterprise Health Systems” (project # 1309) PSS in Patient Care - carry over to next week
