Agenda

Agenda review

  • Notes of 20161116_PLA_call review
  • notional division of products into product families and lines, to provide examples for peer review.
    • Level of granularity
    • Identify which pieces are orphaned, and the political elements to be surfaced.
    • Positioning cross-product family artifacts (standards naming)
  • BAM-lite feedback and review
    • Governance on V2.x (v2.9 substantive changes)
    • develop form to request establishing a Product Family

Minutes

  • Convened at 2:03 pm Eastern
  • Reviewed roadshow powerpoint w/MK's edits based on feedback from Ken/TSC
  • Looked at tasks
    • Remove Governance on V2x
  • Develop form to establish product family - should this go to SGB? Austin responds yes, as long as it's a standards family as opposed to an education product family or alternate non-standards-based product family with approval by TSC. Decision to leave form on there and add that it's basically following the BAM working with SGB to create in the future. Calvin: Perhaps we just use a project to stand it up rather than having another form. Assess existing PSS for appropriateness. John mentions WG formation form could be an alternative model. Add "Assess existing forms for appropriateness to request a new product family."
  • Reviewed CDA Mgmt group M&C and made edits
