Template:Upload Instructions for SAEAF Editing Crew

After downloading the current document, follow these steps:

1. Open the document in MS Word.
2. Turn on Word's Track Changes feature, then add your suggested revisions and comments.
   Try to use a different color than other reviewers have used.
3. Save the document with the date and your initials appended to the name, as in this example: ECCF_YYYY-MM-DD_EV.doc
4. Upload your version of the document to the wiki by clicking the Upload file link in the sidebar.
   This step creates a new wiki page with the document name. We don't have control over the page name, so follow the next steps to set up a link to the new page.
5. Copy the page name and paste it in a text editor.
6. Click the edit link to the right of the Related Links heading at the bottom of this page.
7. Add a link to your new page using the following markup: * [[Pasted page name]]
   The * adds a bullet, and the bracketed information creates a link to the page.
8. Save the page.
