Some of the images of labels that will have to be provided as part of drug listing have some small type that may become illegible at 96 dpi, so I would propose 96 dpi unless characters are not legible and then the lowest resolution where the words become legible.

I have no issues with the 96 dpi proposal as long as there is language that permits a higher resolution if there are issues with legibility.
