'Target' of Condition
The Subject of a condition isn't a Patient/Person. It could be one or more fetus. In addition, we do not have any compelling reasons to limit FHIR to humans. Diabetes, adenocarcinoma, and rib fractures occur in companion animals, wildlife and livestock as well as humans. --KevinCoonanMD (talk) 03:32, 31 October 2014 (UTC)
