Issue

One of our folks was using at the guide and noticed in one of the examples using SFT that SFT inappropriately used a set id. Can you put it on the list of fixes for the next version or an errata? I don't think we have a proposal database for IGs yet and would not fit well as a V2.8 proposal. But if that's the place to manage it through, let me know and I'll submit.

It has the sample SFT as :

SFT|1|Level Seven Healthcare Software, Inc.^L^^^^&2.16.840.1.113883.19.4.6^ISO^XX^^^1234|1.2|An Lab System|56734||20080817

and really there are 6 fields not 7. It should look like:

SFT|Level Seven Healthcare Software, Inc.^L^^^^&2.16.840.1.113883.19.4.6^ISO^XX^^^1234|1.2|An Lab System|56734||20080817

There isn't a set id.
