Minutes/Conclusions Reached:

1. Michelle reports that rule applications tend to be very implementation-specific. In addition to the great deal of effort and IP exposure such an effort would entail, it's not clear how widely applicable the results would be.
   1. We'll see what we can come up with in the open-source & public side and then vet our general conclusions. Vetting may be just fine with providers rather than vendors.
2. Pattern issues
   1. No evidence of cancer: SCT situation concept fully defined, but definition is no cancer, not no evidence.
      1. Consensus that we need to maintain a distinction, whether SCT is the way to do that or not.
