Minutes/Conclusions Reached:
- Michelle reports that rule applications tend to be very implementation-specific. In addition to the great deal of effort and IP exposure such an effort would entail, it's not clear how widely applicable the results would be.
- We'll see what we can come up with in the open-source & public side and then vet our general conclusions. Vetting may be just fine with providers rather than vendors.
