We don't approve the override of the PractitionerRole.role warning.
It seems that the word "role" is being used to mean two different things, which is likely to cause confusion. It may be appropriate to consider renaming the resource or the element.
We don't approve Practitioner.practitionerRole or Practitioner.practitionerRole.role
It seems these could easily be Practitioner.role and Practitioner.role.code without causing any confusion and this would be both shorter and more consistent with naming practice. We'd need to understand why these names aren't appropriate
