Attendees: Norman Gregory (CVM), Catherine Hosage-Norman (Module 3 Solutions, LLC Art Griesser (Promethues), Mike Mlodzik (Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc.), and Tammy Wright (Dechra)

• Starting on page 36 of current document.
• Section 3.12.1.1 should be 3.12.1 and added 3.12.1 and 3.12.2 to it.
• Section 3.13 changed “Component” to “Component2”.
• Section 3.15.1.1 delete, required by schema.
• Section 3.17.1.1 make consistent with rest of document, do not need type codes.
• Section 3.18.1.1 added information about were the file should be located.
• Section 3.18.1.3 combined with 3.18.1.1.
• Section 3.18.1. moved to be before 3.18.1.1.
• Section 3.18.1.5 deleted.
• Section 3.18.2.2 reference is a URL and reworded.
• Section 4.1.1.2 deleted, required by schema.
• We will continue to use the audio on the WebEx.
• There will be no teleconference on 2/15/18 or 2/19/18.

• Continue working on updating the validation document.
