- Consider CBCC FHIR Consent Directive subWG's request for changes to FHIR Contract need to meet their use cases
- Consider FM proposals to change the name of two FHIR Contract elements.

- FM reviewed CBCC request that FM WG update FHIR Contract with the following changes that CBCC FHIR Consent Directive subWG considers essential for FHIR Consent Directive profile on Contract:
- Add Contract.subject defined as "the entity impacted or of interest to the contract", which supports easy query for a Patient's Consent Directive, even if the same information is included in the ConsentDirective.actor.
- To improve clarity about the use of the FHIR Contract elements, FM also decided to
- Change the name of Contract.actor to Contract.party
- Change the name of current Contract.subject to Contract.topic, and keep current definition.
- Kathleen to proposed this at the next FM call.
Proposal was moved by Kathleen, seconded by Andy, and approved 4-0-0.
