Data Types Issue 28: GTS literal
Introduction
GTS literal form: add another specialization of SXCM<TS> in the XML ITS for GTS with literal forms. GTS literal form: add another specialization of SXCM<TS> in the XML ITS for GTS with literal forms. It would actually look like a CE:
<effectiveTime code=”JHUSMEM”/> <effectiveTime code=”JHUSLBR” operator=”P”/>
Which would be the all the seasons between memorial day and labor day. CodeSystem would be an optional attribute to override the default standard GTS codes for local codes.
? backward compatible.
