Note to the reader: The following is a list containing a combination of business use cases, 
                      technical use cases, and other device reporting requiremetns. 
                      By convention, use case names contain active verbs (e.g. "Intubate patient") 
                      rather than qualified nouns (e.g. "Patient Intubation").
