Datatypes R2 Issue 63
Data Types Issue 63: IVL narrative issue
Introduction
[from Charlie]
The following is in the description of IVL (3.6 in the abstract document). I suggest that there is an error in this with IVL and SET being confused.
IVLs are SETs and have all the properties of SETs. However, union and
difference of SETs may not be SETs, since the elements of these union
and difference SETs might not be contiguous. Intersections of SETs are
always SETs.
Should be

backward compatible: no change
Discussion
Good catch! Thanks. How could this blunder have happened?
