Patient Care

Draft materials under construction, needing more work. Goal is during transfer phase e.g. discharge to nursing home, to monitor if assessments for eligibility took place, or where they are.

During the Rio de Janeiro WGM May 2010 the PC WG decided to cancel this work and take it out of the ballot. This page will be augmented to keep the material available for future work.

Important is that there needs to come a new Project Scope Statement that goes through the formal procedure before we can continue on this topic. Australia was initial stakeholder, but no further work has been carried out for some time. It can be resurrected any time if sponsors are available willing and able to do the work.
