#:Please also note that over recent months, there has been an increase in the conference call invoice of calls that have not disconnected, resulting in charges for "empty" minutes (for February the overage was 1300 minutes).  In speaking with our concall company, they noted that it is mostly like due to individuals using Skype and forgetting to disconnect at the end of the call.  It would be greatly appreciated if, at the beginning/end of conference calls, co-chairs could remind participants to disconnect from the call to avoid these unnecessary charges.
