Update to DMP:2 Section 3:

o Telephone conference call agendas are to be posted no later than 18 hours before the call. Preliminary agendas are to be discussed at the close of each teleconference and are finalized at the weekly steering group meeting held not later than 2 business days before the call.

Suggest change to o Telephone conference call agendas are published in the minutes of the previous telephone conference. Additions to the agenda beyond those published in the telephone conference call minutes are to be posted no later than 18 hours before the call.
