Introduction

The HIT SC and PC have requested input via the FACA Blog on Clinical Quality for Meaningful Use Stage 3. The link to the request and associated comments can be found here.

Plan

• Suggest that when Patient Reported Data project is approved that press release references this HIT-PC/SC question.
• Suggest that Struc Doc and CDS allocate more clear time around this and make it visible as Quality. Should consider a new workgroup in the Domain space. Check with Austin on what may be feasible.
• Question how HL7 can help facilitate efforts across organizations through the reporting capabilities provided through QRDA/HQMF.
