Motion: Approve as posted AS/BP unanimous

Co-Sponsor Update to Abstract Trasport Specification (R2)

Under Project Scope the 'issues with Section 2.1' is vague

Motion: Will notify InM that will accept co-sponsorhip of the PSS with additional text for PRoject Scope including soe examples BP/AS unanimous
