When calculating an immunization profile, certain healthcare information can be relevant (kidney issues, smoking history, etc.) Would like to be able to access this information from the EHR
Should be able to use existing US Core/Argonaut queries for this
Not sure if user authentication would need to pass through to the EHRs - that could add complexity
Data access is typically context-independent
Simple RESTful query will likely suffice for the use-case. Work with argonaut profiles
Can create an IG if additional conformance expectations are needed, or just to provide examples of how existing profiles should be used in the immunization context

Lloyd will talk to Grahame & David H. about when is a good time to start ExampleScenario work
