FHIR Structured Data Capture
This is a FHIR Infrastructure sponsored project.
The FHIR Structured Data Capture (SDC) project supports the maintenance of an implementation guide around the use of questionnaires and data elements to standardize the capture of information via user-facing forms. It also covers the automatic population of and extraction of information from questionnaires, both from FHIR data sources and from others.
This is a follow-on project from work originally sponsored by the U.S. Office of the National Coordinator which is now international in scope.
